Window Socket can be used anywhere there is exposure to sunlight – while sitting at the window seat on board an airplane, or adhered to a car window, or anywhere outdoors.  Shaped like a disc it can adhere to almost any transparent glass surface. With a built-in converter it provides electricity to any device plugged into it. The plug outlets shown in the picture are those used in Japan. So if you are here in North America and want to get one you will need a plug converter.

For road warriors and those off the power grid, Window Socket is a great tool for powering up small electronic devices. Right now it appears to be a prototype and no price is mentioned as of yet.
