Someone has to stitch all this different data streams into something. There is so much interpretation of data going on, garbage in, garbage out. Trust the precision science package.
To believe we can measure with confidence a sea level rise in Millimeters and project into the future?
And even if there was a sea level rise. How can we know the causation?
There are strong changes to the magnetic poles of the earth for a starter. What do we understand about the solar cycles?

That is how we get the total picture and that is science.
